It helps organizations and individuals to improve their results through process improvement and capacity development. He has been engaged in professional training and coaching since 2003.
During his career in large business systems and as a consultant, he conceived, led and participated in the implementation of several domestic and international projects with a focus on developing leadership potential, mapping competencies and improving performance, as well as developing sales and negotiation skills.
Since 2015, he has been a regular lecturer at the Project Management Center in the modules “Resource Management and Communication”, “Leadership in Project Management” and “Successful Project Presentation”.
