How to initiate a successful project

Attendees: Anyone who manages projects

Duration: 3 days (12 hours)

This training is intended to introduce you into the domain of project management in an interesting and effective way. It is based on a method of “war room,” when all team members are in the same room, which is the most effective method of work of project teams. Using this technique in initial project planning phase, team members would build relationship, trust and undersanding, essential for later project phases.

Training-simulation is intended to those who being introduced with the work on the projects, as well as those with experience. Participants will be guided through the process of planning a project to a pre-defined example of a hypothetical project, a custom project participants.
